Maria B. Bourke is a Personal Development Coach and Facilitator (dip. Personal and Business Coaching 2004), author and speaker. Maria is the author of My Kinda Magik, My Kinda Magik Workbook and the creator of My Kinda Magik Affirmation Cards and 321 Focus, 30 day online program.
LONG Bio
Maria B. Bourke, is an Irish Personal Development Coach and Facilitator, creator of 321 Focus online program and My Kinda Magik Books and Affirmation Cards.
In 2000, Maria was a national finalist in the Young Businesswoman of the Year Awards. She then realised the ladder she was climbing was not only against the wrong wall, but it was also in the wrong building.
“I was living the life everyone else expected me to live. While I appeared outwardly to have it all, inside I was dying.”
2003 - she signed up for a Personal and Business Coaching course for her own personal development.
2005, 2006 and 2007 - she undertook Louise Hay teacher training in Australia.
2006 – she created her signature in-person five week Jumpstart Your Life course.
2017 - she self-published My Kinda Magik books and cards, having originally blogged the book and workbook on her website in 2013 / 14.
Since 2018, she runs 321 Focus, the transformational 30 day online program to help people become deliberate co-creators of their lives with a 20 minute daily investment.
