What will be involved in 321 Focus for the 30 DayS?
A 20 minute commitment to YOU per day!
Ahead of the initial 321 Focus Challenge (September 2018) I did a 45 day challenge by myself which gave me the opportunity to simplify and streamline everything to suit the busy homemaker and business person alike, while still ensuring powerful results.
You will get an email each morning at 8am (Irish time) with a link to watch a short 2-3 minute video.
You will have a guided meditation to do each day. (Approx. 6 mins)
You will receive this on Day 2 and the link will be included in your material each day for your convenience. You'll also have the option to download it!You will have a short written exercise each week day and a question to reflect on.
There will be only one written exercise on Saturdays & Sundays to allow you to review your written exercises from earlier in the week and / or to catch up.
You will be able to do it all in 20 minutes each day. No...the 20 minutes do not have to be in one chunk!

It was a thoroughly enjoyable and helpful thing to do and I made huge progress within myself, which I know will lead to more progress in my life generally. It helped me gain so much clarity and many answers to inner questions I have. I made good progress on one of my outer Focus goals too and the others will come.
